About
A community‑driven initiative partnering with Melbourne cafés to serve green charity cups that spark everyday conversations about Indigenous land. The system encourages repeat visits through a loyalty model and directs part of each purchase toward local land‑education fundraising.
This project showed me how important consistency and recognisability are in a fundraising campaign, especially when word‑of‑mouth is central. It sharpened my strategic thinking and reinforced how strategy should meaningfully inform design decisions.
